James Breckenridge is a senior nursing major from Saint Louis and started his experience as a sophomore in the Cardiovascular ICU as a Patient Care Technician. James was then fortunate enough to be able to do a student nurse internship over the summer between his junior and senior year at Barnes-Jewish hospital in Saint Louis. James spent a couple months in their Cardiac ICU and leaned a lot about time management. On campus, he has spent time on the executive board of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity as Director of Academic Affairs. I also have helped to educate the new members and plan volunteer events for our members. I have also spent the last couple years as our Nursing Student Representative between students and faculty. Lastly, for the future I accepted a job at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus in their Post-Heart and Lung Transplant CVICU starting this summer!
