AT BRADLEY (2016-19)
•    Emerged as a front-line starting pitcher for the Braves during his freshman season, tying for third on the team with eight starts among his 16 appearances in 2016.
•    Among his most impressive outings of his freshman season, Olson came out of the bullpen to shutdown the powerful Dallas Baptist lineup, limiting the Patriots to one walk with six strikeouts in 5.0 hitless and scoreless innings.
•    Finished the 2016 season with a streak of 10.1 scoreless innings over his final six outings, allowing just three hits and one walk against 14 strikeouts during the closing stretch.
•    Redshirted the 2018 season due to injury, but worked his way back action as a fourth-year junior in 2019, totaling 23.1 IP in 12 appearances.
•    In his 10 relief outings in 2019, Olson allowed only five runs (four earned) on 11 hits in 16.0 IP (2.25 ERA).

AT DOWLING CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL
•    Olson was a two-time varsity letterman at Dowling Catholic, where he helped his team finish sixth in the state and a conference co-championship.
•    Two-time all-state selection.

•    The son of John and Karen Olson, Ben was born Nov. 6, 1996 in Mason City, IA .
•    The oldest of four siblings:  Sam, Jake and Ellie.
