High School: After beginning his high school career at Lawrence Central, Stevens played his final two years at Cathedral, where he helped the Fighting Irish to a pair of city championships, a state runner-up and a state championship ... Was a second-team all-state selection as a senior at Cathedral in 2008.

 The son of Jay Lehr and Cindy Stevens-Lehr, Brandon was born Dec. 30, 1989 in Midland, Mich. ... Has an older sister, Meghann (20) ... Enrolled in Bradley’s award-winning Academic Exploration Program, Stevens earned a spot on the school’s Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for his first semester.
