AT BRADLEY (2012-16)
A versatile utility pitcher in his first three seasons, Roegner moved into the weekend rotation as a senior in 2016 and earned first-team All-Missouri Valley Conference honors by going 7-3 with a 2.56 ERA ... Ended his career fifth in the metal bat era (since 1974) at Bradley with a 3.49 career earned run average ... As a senior, Roegner ranked 20th nationally in fewest walks allowed per nine innings (1.18), 24th in strikeouts-to-walk ratio (5.67) and 33rd in WHIP (1.0) ... Began a run of big-game success by tossing 8.0 innings in a 3-1 victory against #11 Dallas Baptist in the semifinals of the 2015 MVC Tournament, cementing Bradley's at-large invitation to the 2015 NCAA Baseball Championship ... Was the starting pitcher in Bradley's 2015 NCAA Regionals win against Morehead State ... Carried over his late-season success of 2015 into more big-game success in 2016 that included his first career complete game against then No. 16 Missouri State in a 2-1 victory, another win (3-2) against then No. 17 Dallas Baptist and his first career shutout against Missouri State in the second round of the MVC Tournament.
 
HIGH SCHOOL
Roegner was a four-sport letterman at Beloit Memorial High School ... Under head coach Chuck Seils, Roegner was a three-year varsity baseball letterman and a two-year team captain ... Honorable mention All-Big Eight Conference selection as a junior after striking out 81 batters in 50.2 innings, while limiting the opposition to a .197 batting average and recording a 3.17 earned run average ... Roegner was invited to the 2010 USA Baseball National Team Identification Series.
 
PERSONAL
The son of Matt and Sarah Roegner ... Graduated in 2016 with his degree in finance ... Along with junior RHP Peter Resnick, Roegner led Bradley Baseball’s 2016 fundraising efforts on behalf of the Vs. Cancer Foundation.
