•  Became the first freshman on record in Bradley history to start every game of a season at shortstop in 2017.
•  As a junior in 2019, Shadid not only started every game at shortstop, but he also hit in the leadoff spot in all 50 games.
•  Ended the 2019 season on a 6-game hitting streak and he reached base safely in all 10 games during the abbreviated 2020 season.
•  Led the Missouri Valley Conference in both hits per game (1.44) and runs per game (0.98) during the 2019 season.
•  Slugged 10 home runs and drove in 42 runners in 2019, also leading The Valley with 1.62 runs produced per game (runs scored + RBI - HR/games).
•  Not only did Shadid hit for the first cycle on record in Bradley Baseball history during a 5-for-6 effort March 9, 2019 at UNLV, but the performance made him the first player in Bradley history to twice collect at least five hits in a game (5-for-5 March 12, 2017 at Mercer).
•  Entered the 2020 season as Bradley’s active leader in career batting average (.319), runs scored (117), hits (181), doubles (29), triples (9), home runs (16, co-leader), RBIs (93), total bases (276), hit-by-pitches (25), sacrifice bunts (16) and assists (347).
•  Was on pace to break the Bradley Baseball career hits record when the 2020 season was halted.
