Murphy was the only Bradley player to play in all 55 games during the 2012 season, starting all 55 in center field ... Was on base in each of the first 38 games of his career, enjoying a pair of team-best 11-game hitting streaks during the run ... Has climbed into a tie for sixth on Bradley's all-time home run list with 27 career dingers ... His 12 home runs during the 2014 campaign were the most by a Brave in a single season since Matt Gecan's 16 homers in 2001 ... Earned the Louisville Slugger and NCAA national player-of-the-week award after March 3, 2014, primarily in recognition of his three home runs in a game March 1, 2014 versus Dayton ... Made appearances in ESPN SportsCenter's Top 10 Plays segment two nights in the row during the 2012 State Farm MVC Tournament: No. 9 May 22, 2012 with a diving catch in the right centerfield gap in the ninth inning versus Missouri State and No. 6 May 23, 2012 with a running, over-the-shoulder catch on the centerfield warning track in the eighth inning versus Southern Illinois ...
