AT BRADLEY (2018-19)
•    A junior college transfer from Madison College, Lund immediately stepped into the weekend rotation in 2018 and maintained his spot throughout his two years, compiling an 11-8 record with a 4.62 ERA.
•    Earned honorable mention All-Missouri Valley Conference honors as a senior in 2019 by going 5-4 with a 3.76 ERA in his 15 appearances.
•    Lund was 3-1 with a 3.55 ERA in his six Valley starts in 2019.
•    After allowing seven runs on six hits in just 2.0 innings to start the 2019 season at Central Arkansas, Lund allowed only 20 more earned runs in 53.0 innings (3.40 ERA) the rest of the season.
•    In his last career appearance at Dozer Park, Lund blanked rival Illinois State on just four hits while matching his career-best with 6.1 innings pitched.
•    Earned his first career Bradley win by fanning a season-best eight batters, while allowing just one run on three hits in his 5.0 innings Feb. 25, 2018 against South Dakota State.
•    Twirled a season-best 6.0 innings in Bradley’s 10-4 win at Valparaiso April 1, 2018.

AT MADISON COLLEGE (2015-17)
•    After redshirting as a true freshman in 2015, Lund posted a 12-5 record during his two years with the WolfPack while racking up 135 strikeouts.
•    During his sophomore season in 2017, Lund was 8-1 with a 3.07 ERA in his 11 appearances, all starts, totalling 81 strikeouts in 58.2 innings.
•    Named the NJCAA Division II Pitcher of the Week May 15, 2017 after fanning a school-record 18 batters in a 3-hit shutout against Carl Sandburg College in the Region IV sectionals.

AT SUN PRAIRIE H.S.
•    A two-year varsity letterman, Lund earned first-team all-conference, first-team all-district and second-team all-state honors as a junior.
•    Added second-team all-conference honors as a senior.

PERSONAL
•    The son of Mark and Chris Lund, Sam was born Sept. 1, 1996.
•    One of seven siblings, Sam has three brothers - Jonah, Isaac and Caed; and three sisters - Gabrielle, Naomi and Amariah.
