2008 (Senior): Made eight relief appearances in his one season with the Braves ... Tossed a perfect inning in his last outing May 17 at #14 Wichita State.
At Michigan State: Hahn was in-and-out of the lineup during his four years at Michigan State ... Struggled with his control as a freshman in 2004, allowing 15 walks in 15.2 innings ... After sitting out the 2005 season as a medical redshirt, Hahn made 15 appearances in 2006 and cut his walks down to six in 17.1 innings ... Did not play at Michigan State last season.
High School: Two-time Great Lakes League Player of the Year (2002, 2003) ... Posted a 5-0 record with a 0.22 ERA and 59 strikeouts in 32 innings pitched in 2003 ... Also hit .429 with 10 doubles, three triples, two home runs and 26 RBI his senior season ... Earned honorable mention all-state honors as a junior ... Led Findlay High School to a No. 2 state ranking in 2003.
Personal: The son of Kevin and Barb Hahn, Spencer was born Feb. 3, 1985 in Findlay, Ohio ... The youngest of three siblings, Hahn’s older brothers are Austin (29) and Wesley (26) ... Earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Michigan State and is pursuing an MBA at Bradley.
