AT BRADLEY (2020-21)
•    Joined the Braves as one of five junior college transfers among the 13 newcomers on the 2020 roster.
•    Joined fellow pitcher Matt Hamilton, utility player Jarrett Scheelk and outfielder Carl Valk as first-year transfers from Madison College, which also has produced former Bradley pitchers Theron Denlinger and Sam Lund.
•    Working in a middle relief role, Hickey tossed at least 3.0 innings in each of his two appearances during the abbreviated 2020 season.
•    Has worked out of the bullpen in all of his 20 career appearances.
•    Earned his first career win by tossing 2.2 scoreless innings March 30, 2021 against SIU Edwardsville.
 
AT MADISON COLLEGE (2018-19)
•    Helped Madison reach the NJCAA Division II World Series in each of his two seasons with the Wolfpack.
•    Excelled during his sophomore season in 2019, going 5-2 with a 3.33 ERA in his 11 appearances (10 starts).
•    The opposition hit just .197 against Hickey in 2019 and he allowed more than two runs in just two of his 11 outings.
 
AT WILMOT UNION H.S.
•    A two-sport athlete in high school, Hickey earned four varsity letters in baseball and two in basketball.
•    Earned second-team all-conference honors on the mound during his junior and senior seasons.
 
PERSONAL
•    The son of Jayme and Jennifer Hickey, Troy was born May 5, 1999.
•    The middle of three children: brother, Tyler (25), and sister, Julia (19).
