2019-20 SEASON
Cross Country: Earned All-Missouri Valley Conference honors for the first time during his career • Placed second at the conference meet with a season-best 8K time of 25:01.3, helping the Braves to a conference-record fifth-straight Missouri Valley Conference Championship • Finished in the team’s top five in four of five races during his senior campaign • Third on the team at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a 10K time of 32:02.3.
 
Indoor: Posted a career-best fourth-place finish at the MVC Championship on the track, scoring for the Braves in the 5,000m run • Ran a career-best 14:29.85 in the event at the GVSU Big Meet – the seventh-best time in school history • Also ran the mile and 3,000m during the season, setting PRs with 4:19.02 and 8:28.37.


2018-19 SEASON
Cross Country: Named to the NCAA All-Midwest Region • Received honorable mention to the All-Missouri Valley Conference Team • Led the Braves to a second-place team finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional and the program’s first-ever bid to the NCAA Championship, finishing a BU-best 12th at the nine-state regional meet with a time of 31:14.7 • Followed by placing 185th in his debut at the NCAA Championship • Crossed the line in 11th at the MVC Championship with a career-best 8K time of 24:40.8 as Bradley won its fourth-straight conference title • Also placed third at the Bradley Intercollegiate and 14th at the Bradley Pink Classic.
 
Indoor: Scored for the Braves at the MVC Championship by placing sixth in the 5,000m run with a time of 14:45.06 • Also clocked a PR time in the 3,000m in 8:29.13 at Notre Dame.
 
Outdoor: Finished fifth in the 10,000m run at the MVC Championship with a time of 30:53.29 • Also ran the event at the Raleigh Relays with a mark of 29:55.88 – the fourth-best time in the Bradley record book.


2017-18 SEASON
Cross Country: Did not compete during the cross country season.
 
Indoor: Placed ninth at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship in the 5,000m run • Recorded the 10th-fastest time in the event at Notre Dame’s Meyo Invitational with a mark of 14:59.88 • Also ran the 3,000m with a season-best time of 8:40.68.
 
Outdoor: Clocked PR times in the 3,000m and 5,000m during the outdoor season • His 3,000m time of 8:33.56 at the Musco Twilight is the fifth-best in school history • Ran a career-best mark of 14:39.51 in the 5,000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational.


2016-17 SEASON
Cross Country: Competed in two meets during his rookie campaign • Placed 22nd at the Bradley Intercollegiate with a time of 26:09.0 on an 8K course • Also ran at the five-mile Notre Dame Invitational with a time of 25:15.6.
 
Indoor: Ran in the mile and 3,000m during the indoor season • Registered a PR of 8:37.98 in the 3,000m at the GVSU Big Meet, while posting time of 4:22.67 in the mile at the EIU Friday Night Special.
 
Outdoor: Finished 10th in the Missouri Valley Conference Championship in the 10,000m run, posting a time of 31:36.49 • Also competed in the 1,500m with a PR of 3:58.62 at the Redbird Invitational and in the 5,000m run with a career-best mark of 14:53.37 at the EIU Big Blue Classic.


2015-16 SEASON
Redshirt season.


HIGH SCHOOL
Three-time all-state performer in cross country • Helped Yorkville to back-to-back IHSA Class 2A state titles his final two prep seasons • Finished second at the IHSA cross country championship as a senior • Took fourth individually at the state championship his junior year • Was 15th in the state as a sophomore • Two-time all-state runner in track.


PERSONAL
Son of Kelly and Mark Hoffert • Three siblings – Nick, Marissa and twin brother, Jake • Jake was also a member of the Bradley cross country and track teams • Majoring in manufacturing engineering.
