Pat Althoff

Pat Althoff is entering his season with the Bradley coaching staff in 2024-25, now serving as the Special Assistant to the Head Coach, previously Althoff served as the Video Coordinator of Player Development. In Althoff's first season on the hilltop helped the Braves to the Missouri Valley Conference Regular Season Championship, the programs first in 27 years.
 
Althoff joined the Braves after spending the 2021-22 campaign at Howard College in Big Spring, Texas ­– helping lead the Hawks to a 16-12 record. During his time with the program, Althoff was responsible for breaking down film and creating scouting reports for all opponents, while leading the team’s social media efforts. He also assisted with coaching, skill development and recruiting at Howard.
 
Prior to his time with the Hawks, Althoff spent two years as a graduate assistant video coordinator at Jacksonville University from 2019 to 2021. A native of Bloomington, Illinois, Althoff also served four years as an undergraduate student manager with the University of Illinois men’s basketball team, including the 2018-19 campaign as the head manager.
 
Althoff earned his bachelor’s degree at Illinois in recreation, sport and tourism with a sports management concentration in 2019, while completing his master’s in sport management at Jacksonville in 2021.
