2022-23 • SOPHOMORE
Selected to the 2022-23 MVC Men's Basketball Scholar Athlete 2nd Team • Started all 34 games for ther Braves in 2022-23 and finished 2nd on the team in minutes played behind Malevy Leons • Also played a career high 40 minutes against I-74 rival Illinois State in an overtime game at Carver Arena where Hickman connected on two of the biggest shots of his young career with a three pointer in the final minute to force OT and another three pointer in the last minute of OT to win the game • Ranked 5th on the team in PPG at 8.6 and 2nd on the team in ASP at just over 2.0 • Hickman was one of Bradley's most lethal shooters from distance a season ago with 45 made on the season sitting only behind Duke Deen • Recorded career high in points with 19 against Drake in the regular season finale to win the MVC Regular Season Championship on 2/26/23 • Hickman's offensive fireworks didn't end there against the Iowa schools as he collected a career high five made 3-pointers against UNI 2/4/23 • Also recorded a career high in assists in a road win against Missouri State with nine on 12/3/22.

2021-22 • FRESHMAN

Named to the Missouri Valley Conference All-Freshman Team • Appeared in all 31 games as a rookie with 23 starting assignments, including 20 of the final 21 contests • Ranked second among all MVC freshmen with 6.8 points per game, 34 made 3-pointers and 35 assists • Finished third on BU with his 34 made triples and second with a 3-point percentage of 37.4 • Scored in double figures nine times during the season, including the final three games of the year • Tallied a season-best 15 points at Drake (Jan. 19) and Missouri State (Feb. 23) • Also scored 14 points in the regular-season finale versus Valparaiso – making 5-of-6 field goals and a career-best 4-of-5 triples (Feb. 26) • Became the first Bradley freshman to start the season opener since 2016, posting five points and three assists at South Dakota State (Nov. 9) • Also added a season-best three assists versus SIU Edwardsville (Dec. 4), Sam Houston (Dec. 21) and Loyola (Jan. 8) • Collected season-high totals of five rebounds versus Saint Joseph’s (Dec. 18) and three steals at Valparaiso (Jan. 26).
 
HIGH SCHOOL

Earned three letters at Bloomington South High School before missing his senior season with an injury • Led the Panthers to 73 wins during his three seasons with the team, including a perfect 26-0 record a final No. 1 ranking in Indiana at the 4A level in 2019-20 before the postseason was canceled • Averaged 15 points, three assists and four rebounds as a junior, earning all-state and all-conference honors • Also named to the Indiana Junior All-Stars and the Supreme 15 Underclassmen Team by the IBCA • Overall, helped the Panthers to three sectional and three conference titles in addition to an Elite Eight and a Sweet 16 appearance.

Born June 18, 2002 • Son of Ted Hickman and Jennifer Canada • Two brothers, Alex and Garrett • Garrett was a member of the Indiana State football program from 2019 to 2021 • Majoring in management and leadership.
