Cody Roskens

A 2019 graduate of AHSTW High School in Avoca, IA, Roskens enrolled at Bradley University and began working on his undergraduate degree in Sports Communications with a minor in Journalism. Upon arriving on Bradley's campus, Roskens spent time with Bradley's "Braves Vision," a student organization that produces Bradley's ESPN+ home athletic events, working as a Play-by-Play Broadcaster. He also joined the Bradley men's basketball team as a freshman student-manager, a position he held until graduation. During his undergraduate years, Roskens joined the local sports broadcast company Clutch Sports Media, where he worked on broadcasts for local high school and prep school athletics.

In the fall of 2022, during his final semester at Bradley, Roskens joined the BU Athletic Department in a more formal role as an Athletic Department intern. Near the end of his internship, Roskens was officially hired in December 2022 as the Assistant Director of Athletic Communications. He currently works in the Bradley Athletic Department in the same position, overseeing athletic communications for Men's Soccer and Men's Basketball, while also coordinating Bradley's ESPN+ TV schedule and the Bradley Athletic Student Internship program. In his free time, Roskens continues to broadcast sports for leagues such as USL2 and USLW, as well as running summer regionals for The Basketball Tournament (TBT).
