AWARDS AND HONORS

2025 | Bradley
Anel Kafedzic appeared in 16 matches during the 2025 season, starting in 14 and recording 1,105 minutes. He finished the season with two goals, one assist, and three shots on goal. His role increased throughout the year, as he played the full 90 minutes in three of the final five games, including against Bowling Green on October 10, Western Michigan on October 18, and Evansville on October 24. He scored his two goals in those games, with one coming against Western Michigan and another against Evansville.

2024 | Lindenwood
Anel Kafedzic started four games for the Lions and appeared in a total of 17 matches for a minute total of 541 in 2024. He scored one goal and picked up three assists for a point total of five on the season, his one tally came against Wright State in late August. Anel has previously spent summers with the FC Ambush soccer organization with their pre-professional side in St. Louis, MO.

He attended Mehlville High School where he averaged nine goals per season with St. Louis Scott Gallagher from the centerback position (U17-U19). He also competed in the MLS Next Cup. Anel is the son of Edin and Alma Kafedzic. He has one sibling named Minela.
