A four-year varsity letterman at St. Francis High School, Mifsud earned all-conference honors during his junior and senior seasons, when he racked up 102 points on 28 goals and 46 assists ... His play led the Spartans to the 2011 sectional title, marking the program’s deepest advancement in the IHSA state tournament ... A member of the National Honor Society, Mifsud was a member of the SFHS student government and was a student ambassador.
