Career Stats Career Statistics Biography Summary Biography HONORS AND AWARDS MVC Defensive Player of the Week: Oct. 26, 2021 MVC Honor Roll: 2021 AT BRADLEY (2020-21) • A true freshman during the 2020-21 COVID season, Schoffstall entered the the 2021 campaign still with four years of remaining eligibility. • A starter in all 10 games he played during the 2021 COVID spring season, Schoffstall was one of four players to tie for second on the team in scoring with four points (1 goal, 2 assists). • Recorded both assists March 31, 2021 against Loyola Chicago and his first career goal opened the scoring in the 33rd minute of the eventual, 1-1 tie April 8 against Western Illinois. • Added a pair of game-winning goals in 1-0 Bradley victories at Shea Stadium during the 2021 fall season, Aug. 26 in the season-opener against Omaha and Oct. 23 against SIU Edwardsville. AT WILLIAM FREMD HIGH SCHOOL • Playing for head coach Steve Keller, Schoffstall was a 3-year varsity letterman for the Vikings. • An all-conference performer in each of his three varsity seasons, Schoffstall earned MSL West Player-of-the-Year and all-state honors as both a junior and senior and added All-Midwest recognition in 2019. • While contributing 28 goals in his final two seasons, Schoffstall helped Fremd to back-to-back regional championships, as well as conference and sectional crowns in 2019. • Also earned three varsity letters on the hardwood, earning all-conference basketball honors in 2018 and 2019. We are so proud of Jake and his commitment to play at such a strong soccer program at Bradley.” PERSONAL • The son of Terrick and Jennifer Schoffstall, Jake was born Oct. 30, 2001 in Arlington Heights, IL. • The third of four siblings, his brothers are Zach (25), Luke (23) and Eli (18). • A third generation collegiate student-athlete, Schoffstall's father, Terrick, played football and basketball at Northeastern, where his mother, Jennifer, played basketball; and his grandfather played basketball at Arizona.
