At Bradley (2007-08)

Appeared in 38 games, making 18starts ... One of two freshmen to start the 2007 season opener against Lipscomb Aug. 31 ... Recorded his first collegiate goal in a 3-0 win at Western Illinois Sept. 13, 2007 ... Came off the bench to score in the 85th minute of Bradley’s 2-0 win over Eastern Illinois in the semifinals of the 2007 MVC tournament Nov. 16.

 

Prep Overview

The 2006 Peoria Journal Star Player of the Year, Amundsen led Dunlap High School to four consecutive undefeated Mid-Illini Conference championships (2003-06), as well as four straight regional titles, the last two sectional championships and a quarterfinal appearance in the 2006 Illinois High School Association Class AA state tournament ... After scoring 51 points on 20 goals and 11 assists as a junior in 2005, Amundsen added 18 goals and 11 assists last fall ... Two-time (2005, 2006) all-conference and all-sectional pick.

 

Club Soccer

Played for both the Sporting Futbol Club (SFC) and the Central Illinois Soccer Academy (CISA) ... Playing for former Bradley team captain Jeremy Schliepsiek, Amundsen helped SFC to the 2000 Illinois State Cup championship.

 

Personal

The son of Jim and Kandi Amundsen, Packy was born Jan. 4, 1989 ... Enrolled in Bradley’s award-winning Academic Exploration Program.
