Pronounced tell - EHZ
The captain for his senior Red Oak High School team that has just begun its spring season, Tellez is a three-time, first-team all-district selection. He already has helped the Hawks to a district championship and regional quarterfinal appearance in 2007, a regional semifinal appearance in 2008 and an area runner-up finish in 2009.
Having previously served as team captain for the Barcelona SC, Tellez is now playing for the FC Dallas Youth '93 club program.
