A model of consistency in Bradley's defensive group during his four-year career, English started 70 consecutive games to end his career and he was the only Brave to start all 64 games the teams played from 2007-09 ... English earned second-team All-Missouri Valley Conference honors in 2008 and 2009 and he capped his career by landing on the 2009 State Farm MVC Tournament all-tourney team, his sixth career all-tournament team award ... It is no coincidence that in his first career start in 2006, the Braves posted a shutout and in the first game he played the entire 90 minutes, the Braves earned a 2-1 victory against #15 Creighton to secure a share of their second straight Valley regular-season title ...
