Kate Popovec-Goss enters her fourth season as head coach of Bradley Women’s Basketball, bringing energy, vision, and a nationally respected recruiting pedigree to the program. Since taking over in 2022, she has continued to lay the foundation for sustained success on the Hilltop.

Before Bradley, Popovec-Goss served as Associate Head Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Northwestern, where she helped lead the Wildcats to a Big Ten title, an NCAA Tournament win, and five postseason appearances in six seasons. She played a key role in developing All-Americans and professional players, while guiding nationally ranked recruiting classes, including the No. 10 class of 2025.

A former student-athlete at Pittsburgh and Northwestern, Popovec-Goss began her coaching career at La Salle and Colgate before returning to Northwestern. Off the court, she is active in leadership and advocacy roles, including the Big Ten Equality Coalition and the Melina Michelle Edenfield Foundation, which funds pediatric brain tumor research.
