SENIOR (2015-16)
Charles Orsborn Co-Winner … MVC Athlete of the Year in cross country after winning the individual title and helping the Braves to the team title for the second consecutive year … Won the 3,000 meter title at the 2016 MVC Indoor Track & Field Championship … NCAA West Preliminary participant in both the 10,000 and 5,000 meters … Missed a spot in the 5,000 meter NCAA Championship by seven seconds … Earned all-conference honors in cross country in addition to the indoor 3,000 & 5,000 meters along with the outdoor 5,000 & 10,000 meters … MVC Scholar-Athlete in both cross country and track & field … Bradley’s top finisher in three of her five cross country meets, including the MVC Championship … Two-time MVC Athlete of the Week and two-time MVC Scholar-Athlete of the Week selection in 2015-16 … Received Bradley COUNTRY Financial Scholar-Athlete of the Week honors four times … Ran a school-record 5K time of 16:54.20 at the MVC Cross Country Championship to become the sixth individual in league history to win back-to-back MVC individual titles … Finished 26^th at the NCAA Midwest Cross Country Regional … Ran a school-record indoor 3,000 meter time to finish ninth at the Meyo Invitational … Won the 3,000 meter title at the 2016 MVC Indoor Championship and crossed the line hundredths of a second behind her sister in second in the 5,000 meters … Owns second-best indoor 5,000 meter time in school history … Placed second in both the 5,000 & 10,000 meters at the 2016 MVC Outdoor Championship … Career-best 10,000 meter time is second in program history and her 5,000 meter time is fourth … Finished 16^th in the 5,000 meters at the NCAA West Prelim and 19^th in the 10,000 meters to wrap up her collegiate career. 

JUNIOR (2014-15)
MVC Athlete of the Year in cross country, after winning the MVC individual title to help the Braves to the team championship … Ran a school-record 5K time of 17:04.43 to join Bradley Hall of Fame member Mary Ellen Hill as the only individuals to win individual MVC Cross Country titles … Topped Hill’s school-record 5K time by 14 seconds … Earned All-Midwest Region Cross Country honors after taking 12th at the NCAA Regional at Newman Golf Course, where she posted a school-record 6K time of 20:36.4 as she helped the Braves finish third … The 12th-place regional finish was the best by a Brave since 2002 … Won the 5,000 meter title at the MVC Indoor Track & Field Championship in addition to taking fourth in the 3,000 meters … Clocked fourth-best indoor 3,000 & 5,000 meter times in school history … Placed second in the 5,000 meters and third in the 10,000 meters at the MVC Outdoor Championship … Finished 33rd in the 10,000 meters at the NCAA West Preliminary … Turned in second-best 10,000 meter time in school history at the Stanford Invitational … All-MVC in cross country, indoor 5,000 meters, outdoor 5,000 meters and outdoor 10,000 meters … Earned MVC Scholar-Athlete honors in cross country and track.

SOPHOMORE (2013-14)
Broke the school record in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the MVC Outdoor Championship, finishing fifth at 10:36.93 … Owns fourth-best outdoor 3,000 meter time in school history … Was 10th in the 3,000 meters at the MVC Indoor Championship with the fourth-best time in Bradley history (9:54.26) … Took second at the Illinois State Invitational, posting the third-best 5K time in school history (17:26.52) … Tied for second with sister Kristen Busch at the season-opening Bradley Intercollegiate.

FRESHMAN (2012-13)
Finished in the team’s top five in each of her last four cross country meets ... Placed 28th at the Bradley Classic and 32nd at the MVC Championship ... Posted the third fastest indoor mile time on the squad ... Ran top 20 times in program history during the indoor season in the 600 meters, 800 meters and mile (14th) ... Had the third best 1,500 meter time on the team during the outdoor season, clocking a 4:36.61 at the Long Beach Invitational ... Season-best outdoor 3,000 meter time of 10:16.10 at the Lee Calhoun Memorial is seventh best in program history ... Owns one of the top 15 outdoor 800 meter times in school history and her 1,500 meter time is 12th.

HIGH SCHOOL
Four-time all-state and all-conference performer in cross country ... Finished fourth in the state at the IHSA Class 1A state championship as both a sophomore and junior ... Placed seventh as a freshman and 12th as a senior ... Was second at the state track and field championship in the 1,600 meters as a junior, in addition to a third-place finish in the 800 meters ... Also lettered in basketball.

The daughter of Charles and Sandra Busch, Caitlin was born in Belleville, Ill. ... Her twin sister Kristen was a member of the women's cross country/track and field teams ... Has a younger sister: Megan ... Majored in health science.
