Courtney Brown is in her first season with the Bradley track and field program as an assistant coach, working directly with the sprint and jumps teams.

Brown joins the Braves after spending two seasons at Ohio Christian University, including the 2021-22 campaign as interim head coach with the program. With the Trailblazers, Brown created training plans for the short sprints, long sprints and field events, while also coordinating the team’s schedule and recruiting efforts. Brown helped produce two national qualifiers in cross country and one in track during her time with the program.

A four-year member of the track and field team at Tiffin University as a multi athlete, Brown earned her bachelor’s degree from the university in health, fitness and wellness in 2020. She also completed her master’s in leadership with a concentration in healthcare management from Ohio Christian in 2022.
