2016-17 SEASON
Cross Country: Competed in six meets during the 2016 season • Posted a career-best time on an 8K course at the Bradley Classic, crossing the finish line in 26:50.0.
 
Indoor: Clocked a personal-best time of 2:00.33 in the 800m run at the Illini Classic • Set a season-best with 4:35.59 in the mile run at the ONU Invitational.
 
Outdoor: Ran the 800m throughout the outdoor season • Posted a season-best time of 2:00.95 at the Redbird Invitational.

2015-16 SEASON
Cross Country: Sat out the 2015 cross country season.
 
Indoor: Did not compete during the indoor campaign.
 
Outdoor: Competed in both the 800m and 1,500m during the outdoor season, clocking career-best times in both events.

2014-15 SEASON
Cross Country: Ran in four cross county meets, posting a season-best 8K time of 27:08.1 at the Bradley Intercollegiate.
 
Indoor: Competed in the 800m and mile during the indoor track season,
 
Outdoor: Did not run during the outdoor track campaign.

HIGH SCHOOL
Finished this at the state cross country championship as a senior and was fourth in the state as a junior• Qualified for the state championship all four years • Took fourth in the 1,600 meters in the state as a junior • Earned all-state honors in cross country • Also lettered in basketball.

PERSONAL
The son of James and Janet Versweyveld, Luke was born in Janesville, Wis. • Two older sisters – Lauren and Jillian • Plans to major in management leadership • Both his sisters were runners at Olivet Nazarene with Lauren earning NAIA All-American honors in the 10,000m.
