CAREER SUMMARY (2021-22)
•  Top scoring underclassman in The Valley during the 2021-22 season at 13.0 points per game and led all league players by averaging 2.89 3FGM/game.
•  After scoring 24 points in Bradley’s lone public exhibition game against McKendree at Carver Arena, Waite dropped in 23 points in the season-opener for the second-best freshman debut performance in program history and she posted seven games of at least 20 points during her rookie season.
•  Drained 10-of-20 (.500) 3-point field goal attempts while averaging 23.5 ppg in the season’s first two games.
•  Drained at least one trey in each of the first 11 games of her career and now owns at least one 3-pointer in 22 of her 25 career games.
•  Waite’s 72 3-point field goals in 2021-22 were fourth-most in a single season by a Bradley player and the second-most ever by a Braves freshman (75 by Michelle Lund in 2008-09).
•  Made 18-of-20 (.900) free throw attempts after the start of February.
•  Missed both games in the Dakotas due to a non-COVID illness and a third game Jan. 13 vs. Loyola Chicago due to COVID protocols.
•    After being out of action for three weeks, Waite led the Braves with 14 points, draining 4-of-9 attempts from 3-point range, in her return to the court Dec. 18 at #22 LSU.
 

HIGH SCHOOL
•  Four-time all-state performer, earning first-team honors in Iowa Class 5A in each of her final three seasons.
•  All-time leading scorer in Ames High School history and also holds the school mark for career three-pointers.
•  Averaged 18 points, 2.8 assists and 3.1 rebounds per game as a junior.
•  Scored 20 points per outing during a sophomore season in which she also collected 2.3 assists and 3.5 rebounds per contest.
•  Holds the school record for three-pointers in a season along with the single-game scoring mark.
•  Also lettered in swimming, helping the Little Cyclones to a pair of state titles.
 
PERSONAL
•  The daughter of Betsy and Doug Waite, Caroline was born in Nashville, Tenn.
•  Has one sibling: Cameron (16).
•  Her mom, Betsy, played softball at Illinois State.
