Former All-American Krista Van Hauen is in her second season with the Bradley women’s basketball team, serving as the Director of Women’s Basketball Operations.  A graduate of Waldorf College, she spent the 2005-06 school year as an assistant coach at Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, Iowa.
    After earning her Associate of Arts degree from Waldorf College, where she was a First-Team NJCAA All-American as a sophomore, Van Hauen went on to play one season at Simpson College before returning to Waldorf when the school moved to NAIA affiliation to finish up her playing career and education.
    She earned a Bachelor of Science in Wellness in 2004 from Waldorf and is currently working toward a master’s degree.
    Van Hauen helped the Warriors to a third-place finish in the NJCAA Tournament as a sophomore, earning first-team All-Region honors and took home second-team Iowa Conference honors as a junior at Simpson College during the 2001-02 season.
    Following her return to Waldorf, Van Hauen garnered First-Team Midwest Classic All-Conference honors and was also named a Daktronics-NAIA All-American Scholar-Athlete as a senior.  She also was a member of the women’s golf team at Waldorf as a senior, earning Academic All-American honors.
                The teams video and editing coordinator, Krista oversees the team’s managers, in addition to handling practice schedules, team travel and camps.
