Madison Pack joins the Bradley Braves Women’s Basketball staff as the program’s director of basketball operations, bringing experience as a collegiate player and staff member across multiple Division I programs.
Pack arrives in Peoria after spending three seasons at Stetson University, where she served as director of operations and assistant coach for the Hatters from 2023-26. During her time at Stetson, the program posted a 34-18 overall record, made two postseason appearances in the WNIT and produced six All-ASUN selections.
Pack helped support a Stetson program that developed several standout performers, including Cameron Thomas, the 2024-25 ASUN Newcomer of the Year, and Mary McMillan, who led the ASUN in assists during the 2025-26 season at 4.2 per game.
Prior to Stetson, Pack served as the video coordinator at Western Carolina during the 2022-23 season after concluding her playing career with the Catamounts in 2021-22.
Pack began her collegiate playing career at Columbia University, where she was a member of the Lions’ women’s basketball program from 2017-21 before transferring to Western Carolina.
A native of Sarasota, Florida, Pack attended Sarasota High School, where she helped lead the program to a 91-20 overall record.
