Oliver Goss enters his fourth season as an assistant coach for Bradley Women’s Basketball, having joined the program ahead of the 2022–23 season. He brings a versatile background in coaching, scouting, and operations, with experience across both men’s and women’s college basketball.
Prior to Bradley, Goss spent six seasons at Northwestern, contributing to a combined 124–64 record (.660) across the men’s and women’s programs. During that span, Northwestern made two NCAA Tournament appearances, finished as WNIT runner-up, and captured a Big Ten regular-season title. He was heavily involved in day-to-day operations, film analysis, and game preparation.
Originally from Rossford, Ohio, Goss began his career coaching at the high school and AAU levels before transitioning to collegiate roles at Northwestern, where he also earned his master’s in sports administration. He married Bradley Head Coach Kate Popovec-Goss in August 2022.
