After helping both Mount St. Mary’s and Towson to conference championships and NCAA Tournament appearances as a student-athlete, Tess Borgosz joins the Bradley Women’s Basketball staff as Director of Operations for the 2022-23 season.
A native of Buffalo, NY, Borgosz began her collegiate playing career at Towson, where she earned Colonial Athletic Association academic all-league honors. In addition to helping the Tigers to the 2019 CAA Tournament title and a spot in the NCAA Tournament, Borgosz represented the women’s basketball team on the Towson Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
After graduating from Towson with her bachelor’s degree in sociology and minors in criminal justice and health science, Borgosz used her fifth season of eligibility to pursue her master’s in sports management from Mount St. Mary’s, where she played in 26 games during the 2021-22 season as a graduate transfer.
In addition to her play on the court at Mount St. Mary’s, Borgosz served as Women’s Basketball Intern from December 2021 until joining the Braves. In her intern role, Borgosz assisted with the team’s social media, team travel, underclassman study hall and community service efforts. During her time at Mount St. Mary’s, Borgosz also worked as a sales associate for the Under Armour Factory Story.
