- 2023 Graduate of Waterloo West High School
- During her senior campaign at Waterloo West she recorded 22 ppg, 3 rpg, and 4 apg 
- She finished as a 2000 point scorer and Waterloo West's All-Time points scored leader, as well as West's all time steals, and assists leader. That's not all, shes also West's all time three pointers made leader
- Poock was also named as a two time selection to the Iowa Girls High School All-tournament team
- She was also named three times on the All-State 1st Team and once as a 2nd Team All-State pick.
