Ryan Sharbaugh

Ryan Sharbaugh is in fourth season as Director of Basketball Operations.
 
During his three seasons on campus at Bradley, Sharbaugh has been a part of a program that has posted two 20-win campaigns with the Braves winning their first Missouri Valley Conference Championship in 31 years during the 2018-19 season.
 
Sharbaugh joined BU after spending two seasons as graduate assistant at Florida State on Leonard Hamilton’s Seminoles staff. In 2015-16, Sharbaugh helped Florida State to a 20-14 record and the second round of the National Invitation Tournament and had the opportunity to work with FSU NBA Draft pick, Malik Beasely, who was selected 19th overall by the Denver Nuggets.
 
During his time in Tallahassee, Florida, the Seminoles landed a pair of top-10 recruiting classes. In addition to his administrative duties at FSU, Sharbaugh coordinated the Leonard Hamilton Basketball Camps. Prior to Florida State, he spent two years as an assistant coach at Urbana University, where he helped mentor two all-conference performers. 
 
Sharbaugh was an assistant coach at West Virginia Wesleyan College during the 2011-12 school year, helping the Bobcats to NCAA Division II regional semifinal appearance and 22-9 record. He received his start in coaching at the collegiate level during the 2009-10 and 2010-11 seasons as a graduate assistant at California University (Pa.).

A 2008 graduate of Westminster College in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania, Sharbaugh earned master’s degrees from both California University and Florida State.

Sharbaugh and his wife, Marianna, have one son, Sutton.
