2013 Season (Senior): Was Bradley’s first all-conference performer since 2006 , earning Second-Team All-MVC Honors … Battled injuries late in the season, which forced her out of two matches … One of four players in school history to have 250 or more kills in each of their four seasons on The Hilltop … Garnered honorable mention MVC Scholar-athlete honors … Led the team in blocking (0.70 per game) and was second in kills with 315 … Finished her career eighth in career kills at Bradley with 1,124 … Her career .263 hitting percentage ranks third at Bradley … Closed career tied for 10th in career block assists at 262 … Third player in program history to lead the team in blocks in three seasons … One of seven individuals in school history with 1,100 career kills, 40 aces and 250 or more blocks … Reached double figures in kills 20 times … Named MVP of the Omaha Marriott Classic, averaging 3.33 kills and 1.42 blocks while hitting .366 and helping the Braves to the tournament title … Also garnered all-tournament honors at the Billiken Challenge, where she averaged 4.18 kills per set in three matches … Hit .434 and averaged 3.91 kills per set at the CEFCU Classic, taking home all-tournament honors … Selected as Bradley Scholar-Athlete of the Week for the week of Sept. 11 … Her 684 career kills in MVC play rank as the sixth best career total in school history … Ranked seventh in the MVC in kills per set with a team-best 3.12 average and was 11th in the league with a .274 hitting percentage.
2012 Season (Junior): Led the team in attack percentage (.270), while ranking second on the squad in kills (2.72 per set) and blocks (0.72 per set) ... Was 12th in the MVC in attack percentage and 14th in kills per set ... Earned all-tournament honors at the North Carolina Central Invitational after averaging 3.20 kills per set with a .500 attack percentage ... Also took home all-tournament honors at the CEFCU Classic where she averaged 2.42 kills per set ... Her 809 career kills are the seventh most kills by a BU player by the end of their junior season and she starts her senior year 21st all-time in kills at Bradley ... Was a two-time Bradley Country Financial Scholar-Athlete of the Week selection ... Enters her final season holding the Renaissance Coliseum career record for kills at 360 Needs 191 kills to become the 12th player in school history to reach 1,000 ... Tied for the team lead with 16 outings with 16 or more kills and led BU in kills a team-high 13 times ... Had a season-high 17 kills and hit .467 in the match at Southern Illinois.
2011 Season (Sophomore): Led the team in blocks for the second consecutive year and also paced the team with a .282 attack percentage ... Started 25 of the 27 matches she played in ... After serving up a total of four aces as a freshman, she had five in a match against St. Francis (Pa.) and led the team with 26 ... Was the team's top attacker in Missouri Valley Conference play, tallying 179 kills against league foes ... Had 11 outings with 10 or more kills and ended the season with a bang, averaging 3.46 kills per set in the final three matches of the year ... Earned all-tournament honors at the Coastal Carolina Classic after hitting .362 and averaging 2.36 kills and 0.64 blocks per set ... Also took home all-tournament honors at the Akron Invitational, where she averaged 2.60 kills, 0.90 aces and 0.80 blocks per set ... Garnered Bradley Country Financial Scholar-Athlete of the Week honors after her performance at the Akron Invitational ... Collected a season-best 19 kills in the four-set win at Southern Illinois, hitting .395 against the Salukis ... Had 14 kills without an attack error at Creighton, hitting .452 in the match.
2010 Season (Freshman): Led the team in kills and blocks ... Started 29 of the 30 matches she appeared in and is the first player in program history to lead the team in kills as a freshman ... Earned all-tournament honors at the Maryland Invitational ... Her team-best 257 kills rank as the seventh best total by a Bradley frosh and most for a freshman since Lindsay Stalzer had 259 kills in 2002 ... Was forced into a bigger role after Allie Falter suffered a season-ending injury in the second match of the year ... Averaged 2.92 kills and 0.92 blocks per set while hitting .295 in three matches at the Maryland Invitational ... Finished with 10 or more kills in seven of the last nine matches, averaging 2.68 per set during that span ... Had a season-high 20 kills against Fordham, marking the most kills in a match by a BU freshman since 2000 ... Led the team in kills a team-best nine times and paced the team in blocks 16 times ... Reached double figures in kills a team-high 13 times.
Waukegan High School: A two-sport athlete at Waukegan High School, Amy lettered in volleyball and basketball ... Helped the Bulldogs to an IHSA Regional Final appearance as a senior and was an all-conference pick in the Central Suburban League ... Named the team's MVP in 2009 and also earned all-county honors ... Earned four basketball letters, serving as the team captain in her final prep season ... Also earned all-conference honors as a senior.
Personal: The daughter of Tom and Joy Angelos, Amy was born in Lake Forest, Ill. ... Has three siblings: Chris, Erica and twin sister Sarah ... Her twin Sarah was a four-year letterwinner on the volleyball team at Northern Illinois ... Majoring in hospitality leadership.
