Averaged a career-best 2.00 kills per set ... Tallied a career-high 13 kills at SIU Edwardsville ... Reached double figures in kills three times ... Collected 12 kills with no hitting errors against Valparaiso, finishing with a .444 attack percentage ... Also had 12 kills and hit .407 at Drake ... Junior Season (2009): Started 13 matches and was one of five players to see action in all 32 matches ... Ranked fourth on the team in kills (182) and was fifth in kills per set (1.73), while ranking second in blocks ... Was second on the team in kills in Missouri Valley Conference play ... Matched a career-best with 12 kills against Indiana State ... Reached nine kills in a match six times ... Collected nine kills and hit .444 against UTEP ... Averaged 1.78 kills per set and a .206 attack percentage in home matches ... Opened the season strong, averaging 1.93 kills per set while hitting .292 in Bradley's first eight home matches. 

Sophomore Season (2008): Came on late in the season, averaging 2.37 kills per set over the final six matches of the year ... Ranked sixth on the team in kills (117) and kills per set (1.58) ... Averaged 1.85 kills per set in Missouri Valley Conference play ... Had a career-high 12 kills to go along with a season-best five digs against Northern Iowa ... Collected nine kills while attacking at a .615 clip at DePaul ... Had 11 kills to help highlight a four-set win against Missouri State ... Posted a 2.73 kills per set average in the three matches played at the Markin Family Student Recreation Center.

Freshman Season (2007): Split time between outside hitter and middle blocker ... Played in 26 matches, starting six contests ... Recorded one kill in the first five matches of the season, but averaged 1.23 kills per game the remainder of the season ... Turned in a season-high nine kills in the Braves win against Western Illinois ... Collected seven kills and owned a .353 attack percentage against Virginia Tech ... Had her best all-around performance against Indiana State, recording eight kills to go along with season highs of five assists and six blocks.

Naperville Central High School: Helped lead Naperville Central to a 70-12 record her last two prep seasons, including the 2005 Class AA state title ... Collected 145 kills, 75 blocks and 43 aces as a senior ... Team finished 31-8 in 2006 and won the DuPage Valley Conference Championship and Regional title ... Had 211 kills, 63 blocks and 26 aces as a junior, helping the Redhawks to a 39-4 record and Class AA state title ... Earned all-conference honors each of her final two seasons and was a third-team all-area pick by the Chicago Sun-Times.

Club Competition: Played club ball for Sports Performance, where she helped her team to first-place finishes in the Northern Lights National qualifier in 2005 and Big South and Lone Star Classic qualifiers in 2004 ... Team finished tied for fifth at nationals in 2005 after a ninth-place finish the previous year.

Personal: The daughter of Nancy and Tom Staib, Caitlin was born on Feb. 13, 1989 ... Has a younger sister, Alyssa ... Majoring in Special Education ... Member of the Braves' Council, the student-athlete advisory committee ... Named to the Bradley Athletic Director's Honor Roll five times.
