2019 (SOPHOMORE)
Started five matches and appeared in 18 contests, before missing the final 10 outings of the year … Ranked third on the team in total assists (251) and assists per set, giving Bradley three individuals with 250 or more assists for the first time in program history … Turned in five double-doubles, including one in the season opener at SMU for her first career double-doubles and had two double-doubles in the first three matches of the season … Had a career-best 32 assists to help highlight the win at Drake, also adding 11 digs … Turned in a career-best 22 digs at Indiana State … Averaged 4.18 assists per set. 

2018 (FRESHMAN)
Missed a month of the season due to injury, playing in 11 matches and starting four contests … Started the season opener against Hampton, collecting a season-best 16 assists to go with two aces and five digs to help Bradley to a sweep of the Pirates … After playing in 14 of the first 26 sets of the season, missed the next nine matches with an injury and played just two sets over the next 24 contests … Had 10 assists and one dig in the NIVC opening round victory against Bowling Green in her longest outing since Sept. 1 … Notched 15 assists and five digs the next day at Iowa State.    

High School: Earned all-state honors each of her final three prep seasons … Four-time all-conference, all-region and all-area selection … Grand Rapids Press Player of the Year in 2016 … Finals for Miss Volleyball in Michigan as a junior and senior … Helped the Rams to a second-place state finish during her junior season … Named to the AVCA All-American Watch List prior to her senior year and was a high honorable mention Prepvolleyball.com All-American as a junior … Owns the Rockford High School career assist record and set the Michigan High School Athletic Association single-match record for assists during her sophomore campaign … Part of back-to-back district championship teams … One of 52 finalists for Prepvolleyball.com’s National High School Junior Player of the Year. 

Personal: The daughter of Deanna and Kelly Delacher, Hailey was born in Grand Rapids, Mich. … Has two younger siblings: Mackenzie (16) and Isabella (12) … Plans to major in graphic design … Her father Kelly played volleyball at Grand Valley State and her mother Deanna was a member of the volleyball team at Wayne State … Her uncle Derek Lowe was a two-time all-star pitcher for the Boston Red Sox during his 17-year Major League career.
