Sophomore Season (2006): One of two players to see action in all 30 matches, Katrina made 27 starts ... Ranked fourth on the team with 179 kills and was second on the team in block solos, block assists and service aces ... Was one of five players on the roster to record more aces than service errors ... Averaged 1.79 kills per game on the season, but had 2.03 kills per game in Missouri Valley Conference play ... Recorded her first career double-double at Southern Illinois, tallying 11 kills and 10 digs on the heels of a career-best 13 kill-effort the night before at Evansville ... Came on strong at the end of the season, averaging 2.83 kills per game in the final nine matches after averaging 1.37 kills per game in the first 21 matches of the year ... Had 10 or more kills in four outings.
Freshman Season (2005): Started six of the 30 matches she saw action in and played a total of 93 games ... Led the team in blocks with 99 and a 1.06 blocks-per-game average ... Had a five-match stretch midway through the season when she averaged 1.38 kills and 1.57 blocks per game while hitting at a .390 clip ... Posted a season-high eight kills twice, including a match when she hit .438 and posted seven blocks in a five-game victory at DePaul ... Recorded a season-best 10 blocks to go along with six kills at Indiana State ... Had nine outings with five or more blocks.
Rosary High School: Helped lead the Royals to a school record 32 victories as a senior ... Rosary finished the 2004 season with a 32-5 record and claimed the Suburban Catholic Conference title, while also winning an IHSA regional ... Led Rosary with 132 blocks and added 135 kills while boasting a .553 hitting percentage as a senior ... Earned all-conference honors from the Suburban Catholic Conference and helped the Royals to the sectional finals ... Selected for the Beacon News All-Area second team and also earned honorable mention Kane County Chronicle All-Area plaudits ... Club Volleyball: Played for Marengo, Ill., based Club Fusion ... Helped team to a first-place finish at pre-Nationals in addition to a second place showing at the Minneapolis Qualifier and third-place finish at the Tampa Qualifier.
