2012 Season (Senior): Ranked second in the MVC in aces per set (0.34) ... Was the sixth player in school history to have two seasons with 35 or more aces ... Fifth Bradley individual in the last 20 years with 200 kills, 35 aces, 100 digs and 70 blocks in a season ... Finished her career 29th in school history with 622 career kills ... Ranked third on the team in kills (1.98 per set) and blocks (0.67 per set) ... Earned honorable mention MVC Scholar-Athlete honors ... Reached double figures in kills seven times, including three of the final five matches of the year ... Had two double-doubles ... Served up five aces at Wichita State.  

2011 Season (Junior): Started nine matches and played in a total of 23 matches ... Ranked fifth on the team in kills per set (1.77) and was sixth in total kills (117) ... Averaged 1.91 kills per set in Missouri Valley Conference play ... Had five outings with 10 or more kills, tallying a season-best 12 kills at Creighton ... Served up three aces in a win against Nebraska-Omaha and collected five blocks and seven kills in the match at Drake. 

2010 Season (Sophomore): Appeared in 27 matches, starting 25 contests ... Ranked third on the team with 185 kills and led the Missouri Valley Conference in aces per set with a 0.40 average ... Improved her average to 0.47 aces in conference play ... Named to the all-tournament team at the Hotels at Grand Prairie Invitational after averaging 2.92 kills and 0.42 aces per set ... Earned Bradley Scholar-Athlete of the Week honors for the week of Aug. 31 ... Had a season-high 15 kills in Bradley's win against Indiana State ... Served up three aces on two occasions and had at least one ace in all but five matches ... Reached double figures in kills seven times and led the team in kills four times. 

2009 Season (Freshman): Missed the first nine matches of the season with an injury, but returned to start 16 of the 21 matches she appeared in as a true freshman ... Averaged 1.74 kills per set ... Highlighted BU's win against SIU Edwardsville with a season-best 17 kills ... Recorded a season-high seven blocks to go along with seven kills against Indiana State ... Closed the season strong, averaging 1.95 kills per set over her final 13 matches.

Olentangy High School: Helped her team to a 24-3 record and state regional runner-up finish as a senior ... Also helped the Braves to an Ohio Capital Conference Cardinal Division Championship and District Championship ... Two-year varsity letterwinner, she was given the 2008 All Ohio Central District Scholar-Athlete award ... All-Conference selection ... Holds the school career mark for service aces.

Club: Three-year member of the Mintonette Sports Volleyball Club ... Led her team to the Bronze Division title at the 2008 Junior Olympic National Championships.

Personal: The daughter of Jani and Larry Ervin, Madelyn was born in Columbus, Ohio ... Has a younger sister: Mary ... Majored in advertising.
