At Bradley (2012-14)
A utility infielder, Solka received a medical hardship for the 2012 season after playing in just four games ... Among his 24 starting assignments in 2013, Solka played seven games at third base and 17 as the designated hitter ... Played in nine games in 2014, starting once at third base and once at first base ... In his seven starts at third base in 2013, Solka hit .345 (10-for-29) with seven RBI's, a double, a triple and a home run.

Earned three varsity letters on the baseball diamond for Maine West High School head coach Joe Pederson...Two-time all-conference and all-area pick.
