Benjamin Suchon joins Bradley after spending three seasons as an assistant coach at CSU Pueblo, where he oversaw recruiting, player development, travel operations, analytics, and camp coordination. He helped guide the ThunderWolves to the 2026 RMAC Tournament Championship while coaching multiple All-RMAC selections, a Gold Glove recipient, and an All-American.

Prior to CSU Pueblo, Suchon served as the softball graduate assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside beginning in September 2022. During his time with the Rangers, he worked primarily with the hitters, outfielders, and catchers.
Suchon was previously an assistant softball coach at Grinnell College from August 2018 through May 2020. Before joining the Pioneers, he served as High School Event Coordinator and Head Scout for JP Sports in the Quad Cities during 2018.
In addition to his collegiate coaching experience, Suchon spent 10 years as a high school area scout for the Chicago White Sox, evaluating talent throughout Wisconsin. He began his coaching career with Stevens Point Legion Baseball, serving as Assistant Varsity Coach and Head Junior Varsity Coach from May 2008 through September 2012.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, Suchon earned his bachelor’s degree in 2017 before completing a master’s degree in Positive Coaching and Athletic Leadership from the University of Missouri in December 2022.
