JerShon Cobb enters his second season as an assistant coach for Bradley Women’s Basketball. He joined the Braves after serving as an assistant coach at Loyola University Maryland, where he worked under former Northwestern assistant Taravas Hardy, a mentor from his college playing days.
Cobb played collegiately at Northwestern, appearing in 94 games and earning team captain honors as a senior. After graduating with a degree in African-American Studies in 2015, he played professionally in the NBA G League and Canadian Basketball League for the Canton Charge and Halifax Hurricanes.
Following his pro career, Cobb coached AAU basketball with Atlanta Xpress before returning to Northwestern as Director of Player Development from 2018 to 2022. Originally from Decatur, Georgia, he brings a strong blend of player development, recruiting insight, and high-level playing experience to the Bradley staff.
