Will McCall enters his second season as an assistant coach for Bradley Volleyball, bringing a strong coaching background and a proven ability to enhance player development and program performance through technical training and strategic recruiting.
Prior to Bradley, McCall served as assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at the University of Missouri–Kansas City. While at UMKC, he was involved in all aspects of program operations, including budget oversight, match scheduling, and travel coordination. His advanced scouting and video analysis work using Volleymetrics contributed to the development of all-conference players and helped elevate the program’s competitive success.
McCall’s coaching experience also includes graduate assistant roles at Western New Mexico University and Carthage College, where he led training sessions, supported recruiting, and managed day-to-day team operations. He has additional experience in beach volleyball, coaching at VBVB Sand Volleyball in Vero Beach, Florida, where he led private training and organized clinics and tournaments.
He holds a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Missouri–Kansas City and a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from Lewis University.
