The Bradley track teams head to Indiana State for the 2018 Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Championship this weekend. The three-day meet begins on Friday.

MEET INFO
Track events being on Friday at 5 p.m. CT. The Braves are scheduled to run in the 1,500m prelims on the opening day before competing in the first track final of the championship in the 10,000m run. ESPN+ coverage begins at 6:05 p.m. CT.

The action begins on Saturday at 4 p.m. CT with the Braves slated to compete in the 3,000m steeplechase final as well as the prelims for the 400m hurdles and 800m run. ESPN+ will carry the second day with coverage beginning at 3:45 p.m. CT. The remaining finals are set for Sunday with the day beginning at noon. The final meet day will once again be streamed on ESPN+.

The first Valley cross country or track championship broadcast on the digital station, ESPN+ was introduced in April and costs $4.99 per month for subscribers (viewers can sign up for a seven-day free trial).

RECENT MVC CHAMPIONSHIPS
The Bradley men's team is coming off their most successful MVC Indoor Championship in school history with the team's 78 points marking the most by a BU team. The Braves claimed four titles – Daniel Gagne in the mile, Michael Ward in the 3,000m and 5,000m and the distance medley relay team. Other notable performances by current Braves at track championships include Alec Hartman placing second in the 800m at this year's indoor meet, while Haran Dunderdale is competing in his first MVC Championship since claiming the mile crown at the 2017 indoor meet.

Senior Natalie Burant had the top finish for a Brave at this year's indoor championship, placing fourth in the 5,000m run. Other top finishes included Hannah Witczak crossing the finish line in sixth place in the 3,000m run, while Niamh Markham and Brooke Nusser were seventh in the 800m and mile, respectively.

TOP-FIVE BRAVES
Nine Braves enter the championship ranked in the top five of the Missouri Valley Conference standings in their respective event. Senior Taylor Floyd Mews lead the Bradley men as he ranks first in the 5,000m and second in the 1,500m. Junior Haran Dunderdale also leads the conference in the 3,000m steeplechase, while Hartman is fourth in the 800m, Luke Hoffert is fifth in the 5,000m and Jake Hoffert and Will Anderson rank second and third in the 10,000m.

Witczak is the top-ranked Brave on the women's side as she is third in the 10,000m. Markham also ranks fifth in the 800m, while sophomore Gabby Juarez is fifth in the 5,000m.
