Most of the summer collegiate baseball leagues have fired up their 2018 seasons and BradleyBraves.com will provide weekly updates on the Braves throughout the summer. During the opening week, five Bradley players made their summer debuts, led by freshman catcher Kyle Antos, who was 3-for-4 with three RBI Saturday, helping the Paducah Chiefs to a 13-6 win in the Ohio Valley League season-opener.

Summer Collegiate Leagues
Kyle Antos | C | Paducah Chiefs (Ohio Valley League)
1 GP, .750 BA, 3 RBI
Antos made his summer debut in Paducah's season-opener Saturday and was 3-for-4 with a sacrifice fly and three RBI's in a 13-6 win against the Fulton Railroaders.

Cole Cook | LHP| Anchorage Glacier Pilots (Alaska Baseball League)
Anchorage's 2018 Alaska Baseball League season opens Tuesday.

Brendan Dougherty | 3B | Morehead City Marlins (Coastal Plain League)
4 GP, .176 BA, 1 HR, 2 RBI
Dougherty has started each of the season's first four games at third base, helping the Marlins to a 3-1 record. Despite his .176 average, Dougherty has hit safely in three of the four games, including the go-ahead home run in the sixth inning of Friday's 4-1 win against the Wilmington Sharks.

Isaiah Glidden | RHP | Paducah Chiefs (Ohio Valley League)
1 App, 0.00 ERA, 1.0 IP, 2 K
Glidden was Paducah's second reliever in the season-opening win against Fulton Saturday and he struck out two in a scoreless eighth inning.

Brooks Gosswein | LHP | Springfield Sliders (Prospect League)
Gosswein has not yet made an appearance for the Sliders, who have opened the season with a 3-2 record.

Ryan Hodgett | RHP | Anchorage Glacier Pilots (Alaska Baseball League)
Anchorage's 2018 Alaska Baseball League season opens Tuesday.

Luke Mangieri | 1B | Lakeshore Chinooks (Northwoods League)
3 GP, .400, 1 RBI
Batting .400 in his first three games of the summer, Mangieri has reached safely in six of his first 11 plate appearances by going 4-for-10 with four walks and a sacrifice fly.

Eli Rawlinson | OF | Anchorage Glacier Pilots (Alaska Baseball League)
Anchorage's 2018 Alaska Baseball League season opens Tuesday.

Keaton Rice | C | Springfield Sliders (Prospect League)
Rice has not yet played for the Sliders, who have opened the season with a 3-2 record.

Brian Schrimmer | RHP | La Crosse Loggers (Northwoods League)

Schrimmer made his summer debut Sunday by throwing the final 1.1 innings in a 10-2 loss to Rochester … Schrimmer allowed a pair of unearned runs on five hits and struck out two in his 1.1 IP.

Luke Shadid | SS | Morehead City Marlins (Coastal Plain League)
Shadid has not yet played for the Marlins, who have opened the CPL season with a 3-1 record.
