It's that time again. With the calendar shifted to November, it's time to look back and for fans to vote for which Brave they believe had the best month of October.

Senior Jake Hoffert of the men's cross country team, senior Walid Kherat of the soccer team, senior Taylor Ledwein of the women's golf team, and sophomore Bozana Lojpur of the tennis team are the four nominees for Prairie Farms Bradley Athlete of the Month in October.

Voting is open until Monday at 2 p.m. and will be conducted through the @BradleyBraves twitter account.

Jake Hoffert • Sr. • Men's Cross Country • Yorkville, Ill.
• Led the Braves at his only two meets of the month, finishing first on the team at Notre Dame's Joe Piane Invitational and the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational
• Named Valley Male Athlete of the Week following both of his performances
• At Notre Dame, placed 28th of 165 runners in a meet that included 11 nationally-ranked teams with a five-mile time of 23:59.56
• At Wisconsin, finished 59th of 230 runners in a meet that included 17 nationally-ranked schools with an 8K PR time of 24:22.1 – the top time in the Valley this season

Walid Kherat • Sr. • Soccer • Peoria, Ill.
• Continues to anchor one of the top back lines in the Missouri Valley Conference, helping the Braves to a 4-2-1 record during the month of October
• Scored the game-winning goal Oct. 27 against Valparaiso, pulling the Braves into second place in the MVC standings
• Named to the CollegeSoccerNews.com National Team of the Week and the MVC Defensive Player of the Week for his efforts against Loyola Chicago (scoreless draw) and Valparaiso

Taylor Ledwein • Sr. • Women's Golf • New Prague, Minn.
• After missing the first three tournaments of the fall schedule due to injury, Ledwein returned for both of Bradley Women's Golf's October events to post a team-best 71.60 stroke average
• Took second at the inaugural Chippewa Invitational, following a first round 76 with a three-under 69 as she tied for the fifth-lowest 36-hole score in program history while helping Bradley to a second-place team finish
• At the Little Rock Classic, Ledwein became the second individual in school history to shoot par or better in all three rounds of a tournament, tying for second at three-under 213 and helping the Braves finish second in the 17-team field
• Named MVC Golfer of the Week for her performance at the Little Rock Classic, which tied for the third-lowest 54-hole score in program history and was the lowest total by a Brave since 2014-15

Bozana Lojpur • So. • Tennis • Burnaby, British Columbia
• Won the Flight 2 Singles title at the MVC Individual Championships, the highest singles flight title by a Bradley player in program history
• Teamed with Nikki Perlwitz to finish third in Flight 2 Doubles at the MVC Individual Championships, giving her a 5-1 combined record in the tournament
• Defeated two Big Ten Conference opponents to advance into the Singles Main Draw at the ITA Central Regional Championships
