PEORIA, Ill. — Bradley Volleyball has announced the addition of three talented student-athletes to its 2026 recruiting class, welcoming setter Hayden Booth, outside hitter Maren Ouellette, and rightside hitter Ella Nigl to the Hilltop.
The trio represents a well-rounded class built on skill, athleticism, and long-term potential as Head Coach Alicia Williams continues to shape the future of Bradley Volleyball.
Hayden Booth | Setter | Elkhorn North High School | Elkhorn, Neb.
Booth joins the Braves from Elkhorn North High School, where she stood out as a dynamic and athletic setter known for her precise tempo and advanced feel for the game. She was named to the Omaha World Herald's "Super Six", earned State All-Tournament Team honors, finished fifth in the state in assists this season, served as a team captain, and consistently qualified for the national tournament in the open division.
"Hayden comes from a volleyball family and has known volleyball her whole life," said Williams. "She is an athletic setter with great mechanics and consistent tempo. She will compliment Maria well in that position."
Maren Ouellette | Outside Hitter | Pleasant Valley High School | Bettendorf, Iowa
Ouellette arrives at Bradley after a standout prep career at Pleasant Valley High School, where she helped lead one of Iowa's premier volleyball programs. She is a 2024 Class 5A state champion, earned multiple all-tournament team selections, and was an all-conference performer. A true six-rotation outside hitter, she brings versatility and competitive fire to the Braves' offense.
"Maren brings a live arm with good ball control to our program," said Williams. "She is a six-rotation outside that already has a solid skill set, and she will continue to develop in our program as a complete all-around attacker."
Ella Nigl | Rightside Hitter | Neenah High School | Neenah, Wis.
Rounding out the 2026 class is Nigl, an athletic rightside hitter from Wisconsin powerhouse Neenah High School. She earned First Team All-Conference honors and was selected to the Badger Region High Performer All-Star Team. Known for her poise and powerful swing, Nigl has shown consistent growth and a high ceiling that excites the Bradley coaching staff.
"Ella is exciting for us because she has such a high ceiling," said Williams. "She is athletic and has a whippy arm, but she's also cool, calm and collected under pressure. She will grow a lot here, as we've already seen her progress tremendously in the last year."
