AT BRADLEY (2016-19)
•    Shadid played in 201 of Bradley’s 202 games from 2016-19, starting 200 in center field.
•    Set the program record with 34 career sacrifice flies, while tying for eighth in Bradley history with 25 career home runs.
•    A Louisville Slugger Freshman All-American and a member of the MVC All-Defense Team in 2016, Shadid went on to earn All-Missouri Valley Conference honors in each of his last three years: honorable mention in 2017 and 2018, followed by second-team recognition in 2019.
•    Earned the No. 4 spot in the ESPN SportsCenter Top Plays April 22, 2016 for his long sprint and diving catch in the left centerfield gap at Wichita State and made a return appearance at the No. 4 spot with a similar play April 7, 2018 against Indiana State.
•    Twice landed on the Collegiate Baseball Newspaper National Team of the Week and was named the MVC Player of the Week twice during the 2019 season.
•    His 14-game hitting streak from Feb. 28-March 27 was Bradley’s longest during the 2016 season.
•    Homered in four consecutive games April 22-27, 2016 and his seven dingers in 2016 were the most by a Bradley freshman since Matt Gecan hit nine home runs in 1999.
•    One of two individuals selected to represent all Missouri Valley Conference student-athletes, Shadid attended the 2017 NCAA Leadership Forum and was Bradley’s 2019 spring sports recipient of the State Farm MVC Good Neighbor Award.

AT PEORIA NOTRE DAME H.S.
•    Lettered all four years in high school, where he was named all-area three times, all-conference all four years and all-state his sophomore season.
•    In addition he was named the Peoria Journal Star Tri-County Male Athlete of the Year in 2014.
•    Led PND to regional championships during his sophomore and junior seasons.
•    For his prep career, Shadid hit .437 with 41 doubles, 14 triples and 16  home runs to go with 87 RBIs and 53 steals in 116 games.

PERSONAL
•    The son of DJ and Karen Shadid, Andy was born July 21, 1996 in Peoria, IL.
•    One of five siblings - Tricia, Luke, Maria and Danielle.
•    Teamed with brother, Luke, during his final three seasons at Bradley, while their cousin, David Shadid, was a Bradley University classmate who ran track for the Braves.
•    Father, DJ (1984), also played baseball at Bradley, as well as an uncle, George (1978-80), and cousin, Jim Shadid (1976-79).
