AT BRADLEY (2018-21)
•    One of six freshmen for the Braves in 2018, Gosswein appeared in 18 games, primarily as a reliever, during his rookie campaign.
•    Posted a 2-2 record with a 3.41 ERA in 2018.
•    Started the second game of the 2018 MVC Baseball Championship, allowing two runs on four hits in his 4.0 innings Bradley’s win against Valparaiso.
•    Worked primarily as Bradley’s Game 2 weekend starter in 2019, posting a 4-4 record in his 16 appearances as a sophomore.
•    Worked the first 7.0 innings in Bradley’s 8-innings no-hitter April 6, 2019 against Robert Morris-Springfield.
•    In his two 2019 outings against Big 10 foes Iowa and Illinois, Gosswein fired a scoreless inning in each outing.
•    Began the abbreviated 2020 season as Bradley's Game 1 starter, going 1-2 with a 5.94 ERA in his three 2020 starts.
•    Worked a career-best 7.2 innings in his final outing of 2020, pitching the Braves to a 6-3 win Feb. 29 in the opening game of the series sweep at Tennessee Tech.
•    Bradley's active leader in virtually every pitching category during the 2021 season, including victories (11), innings pitched (167.1) and strikeouts (139).
•    Started both of Bradley's shutouts in 2021, including his career-best effort April 18 against Southern Illinois when he limited one of the nation's top offenses to one hit and one walk with six strikeouts in his 8.0 shutout innings. 

AT BARRINGTON H.S.
•    A three-time varsity letterwinner, Gosswein led his team to a Mid-Suburban League championship in his senior season.
•    Earned honors as a 2017 Rawlings Perfect Game All-American Honorable Mention.
•    Two-time All-Conference member and two-time Daly Herald All-Area honoree.
•    Ended his varsity career with a 14-3 record with a perfect 5-0 junior year that included a 0.97 ERA and a 0.76 WHIP.
•    Also played basketball for the Broncos as a freshman and sophomore while earning a spot in the National Honor Society as well as the Spanish Honors Society.

PERSONAL
•    The son of James and Ellen Gosswein, Brooks was born on Oct. 9, 1998 in Chicago.
•    Three siblings: Blake (twin), Caroline and Catherine.
•    Blake Gosswein is an outfielder on the baseball team at Concordia University Wisconsin.
