McBride entered Bradley as a traditional student in 2014, but answered the invitation for open tryouts for the men's basketball program this fall and made the team following an extended tryout ... Although a sophomore in school, McBride enters the 2015-16 season with four years of athletic eligibility, making him one of 10 Bradley freshmen this season.

HIGH SCHOOL
A three-sport star in high school, McBride earned eight vasity letters - three in basketball, three in football and two in volleyball ... Earned all-conference honors in all three sports, as well as all-area recognition in both basketball and football ... A unanimous selection for all-conference as a senior on the hardwood in 2013-14 after averaging 10.8 points and 5.7 rebounds per game.
