2025-26 Barton Community College | Redshirt-Freshman
Following his redshirt season at Cal-State Northridge, Williams transfered to Barton Community College where he would appear in 34 games averging 15.4 PPG, 7.7 RPG, and 1.1 APG while shooting 43.8 percent from the floor, 32.7 percent from three, and 83.7 percent from the free throw line. With Williams in the fold, Barton clinched a share of the KJCCC D1 regular season title with a 17-7 conference record and reached the Region 6 Tournament championship game, advancing to the NJCAA Division I National Tournament for the third straight year. Williams recorded 23 points in their NJCAA National Tournament opener against New Mexico Junior College.

Williams was named KJCCC D1 Newcomer of the Year, KJCCC First Team All-Conference, All-Region 6 selection, NJCAA All-American, Region 6 All-Tournament Team selection during his lone season with the Cougars. Williams set the Barton single-game program record with 25 free throws made out of 29 attempts while scoring career-high 33 points with nine rebounds in upset of No. 19 Butler CC. He ended his season leading the team in rebounding, rand anked 3rd in KJCCC in rebounding. In conference play Williams 15.8 PPG and 8.2 RPG which ranked top-15 in scoring and 3rd in rebounding in KJCCC. Williams effort was on full display as he recorded six double-doubles.

Williams reshirtted during the 2024-25 season and did not appear in any games.

High School | Sierra Canyon/Village Christian
Williams graduated from Sierra Canyon high school in Chatworth, CA where he was named as a three-star prospect by 247sports. Williams helped the Trailblazers reach the CIF State Open Division regional quarterfinals in 2024 and recorded a record of 49-16 over two seasons at Sierra Canyon. Williams scored 15 points in the CIF State Open Division regional quarterfinals vs. St. Joseph and helped Sierra Canyon win the Mission League regular season title as a senior. By the end of his senior season, Williams averaged 17.2 PPG, 6.8 RPG and was tied for the team lead in scoring. Williams also played his way into the 80-50-40 club as senior and is one of four Sierra Canyon players to ever drop 40 or more points in a single game.

Williams also previosuly attended Village Christian High School were they won the CIF 2022 Southern Section Division 2AA and he averaged 11.5 PP& 5.8 RPG and led the team in scoring (All State Selection/All Section) in helping Village Christian go 28-5 as a sophomore and garnered All-CIF honors with the Crusaders. Addtionally they were named Southern Section Division 2AA champions in 2021-22. Williams also played AAU basketball with Paul George Elite.

Personal
The son of Donald and Lanitra Williams, Noah has two siblings (Dominic & Chloe). His father Donald played basketball at Fairleigh Dickinson from 1997-1999 and his sister Chloe also played college basketball at Tulsa 2022-23, Indiana St 2023-2025, and Nevada 2025-26. Noah will be majoring in Criminal Justice and his career abition is to play professional basketball or become an FBI agent.
