PEORIA, Ill. -- Three Braves posted double digits in kills, paced by junior Lindsay Stalzer's match-high 21 kills on the night as Bradley ended its season with a 30-28, 17-30, 30-28, 30-24 victory over Northern Iowa in Missouri Valley Conference volleyball action Saturday night at Robertson Memorial Field House.

Junior Briony Hammet added 14 kills and sophomore Amber DeBroux chipped in with 12 kills, seven digs and five blocks. Junior Ashley Vance tied a career high with six kills and nearly posted a double-double finishing with 56 assists and nine digs.

With the score knotted at 27-27, sophomore Kelly Niemeyer found the floor with one of her seven game one kills to put Bradley ahead 28-27. The Panthers dominated in game two, hitting .464 and serving up six aces to cruise to a 30-17 to even the match at one game each.

The Braves held a 24-17 lead in game three, before Northern Iowa went on an 8-1 run to pull even at 25-25. After a Rachael Tink kill started the UNI rally, the Braves had five consecutive attack errors to help the Panthers back in the match. Northern Iowa took the lead at 28-27 on a kill by Stephanie Germann, but Stalzer tied things at 28-28 with a kill and sophomore Amy McFarland had her second kill of the night to put Bradley ahead 29-28. A Northern Iowa attack error on the next play gave the Braves a 30-28 win and 2-1 lead in the match.

Northern Iowa raced out to an early five-point lead in game four, but the Braves chipped away at the Panther lead, before pulling even at 16-16. Tied a 20-20 the Braves closed the match with a 10-4 run that included a pair of kills from both Stalzer and Hammet and a pair of blocks by Stalzer.
