NEWARK, Ohio - Justin Ziegler (Lenexa, Kan./Olathe Northwest H.S.), a rising junior on the Bradley Baseball team, was named the Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League Pitcher of the Week Tuesday after picking up a pair of wins during the opening week of the season.

Ziegler, who added a third win in four days by tossing 5.1 innings of relief Tuesday night, sports a 3-0 record with a 0.00 earned run average in five appearances to open the summer collegiate season.  The 6-foot-2 right-hander has allowed eight hits, walked two and struck out 11 in his first 12.0 innings.

Ziegler's latest win came partially at the expense of Bradley teammate Jason Leblebijian, who is playing for the Stark County Terriers.  Ziegler fanned Leblebijian in the eighth and got his Bradley teammate to ground out in the 10th to end the game.
