PEORIA -- As first-year Bradley head coach Geno Ford was wrapping up interviews related to the announcement of forward Taylor Brown's possible return to the court late Monday afternoon, he was losing another big man to injury for an undetermined length of time.

Fifth-year Bradley post player Will Egolf (Juneau, Alaska/Douglas H.S.) tore the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee during open gym Monday afternoon.  The length of Egolf's recovery time is to be determined and it is unknown if he will be able to return during the 2011-12 season.

The fourth-leading scorer (8.0 ppg) and third-leading rebounder (4.1 rpg) on Bradley's 2010-11 squad, Egolf missed the remainder of the 2008-09 season after suffering a similar injury to the same knee six games into his sophomore season versus East Tennessee State Nov. 29, 2008 at Carver Arena.  Bradley appealed for a medical hardship on Egolf's behalf and he is set to use his fifth year this season.
